AlerTox®Sticks Peanut is a fast and easy-to-use kit for the detection of peanut in food / beverages and the environment (surfaces, rinsing water).

Method: Qualitative immunochromatographic (Lateral Flow Test)

Detection limit:
- 1 ppm (food matrices)
- 2 ng/cm² (surfaces)
- 4 ug/16cm² (surfaces)

Reaction time: 10 minutes (visual reading of test results)
